Why is it that there's a big fat 40% off pre-orders of Harry Potter at Borders in the States, while Singapore is only giving a miserable 10% discount (Popular and Vpost)? The GST hike of an additional 2% is not enough to explain that difference. And the book is released on the same date (except that we will get it 12hr earlier due to the time difference)...But Still..??!! A 30% difference!!!

40 % - 10 % = 30 % discount Less than them. Why Singapore so niao one...Don't forget their currency is stronger too...
